Wrinkle 7

This panorama was shot with a Canon Rebel II EOS camera and a 24mm Canon lens, mounted on a Benbo Trekker tripod with a Kaidan KiWi+ panoramic head. Film was developed and transferred to Kodak PhotoCD. The images were corrected in Photoshop. They were stitched and converted to panoramas using Apple's QuickTimeVR Authoring Studio. QuickTime 4.0 Pro with various plug-ins was used to convert the panoramas to streaming panoramas and to create the multi-bandwidth reference movie.

Audio was recorded using a Sony MZ-R30 MiniDisc unit with Sound Professionals binaural microphones (set up as stereo mics.) The recordings were transferred by a TOSLINK optical connection from a Sony MDS-JE510 MiniDisc deck through a Zefiro ZA2 digital audio card. Captured sounds were edited in CoolEdit (filtered background noise and increased volume) and saved as MP3 compressed WAV files using Windows ACM (128kBit/s.)

The audio was embedded in the panorama using SoundsaVR from the Squamish Media Group.
