Welcome to Windy Point Vista in the Santa Catalina Mountains (Mt. Lemmon) in Tucson, Arizona. Phoenix tends to be rather warm at this time of year (around 110 degrees Farenheit on 31 July, 2000.) Usually, it is a bit cooler in Tucson. At Windy Point, 6600 feet above sea level, it's yet a few degrees cooler ... cool enough to be outside and to take in this beautiful view.
