- As promised, we've expanded the Look Backstage section of the site! Look for
production fact sheets for this season, properties lists, pictures from the costume
shop, and an image of the orchestra.
- Ticketmaster
has updated their link so the Ticketmaster logos in the Virtual Box Office will
now take you to the correct page for single ticket purchases.

If you are having trouble locating something specific, try the site index.

- Andrea Bocelli is providing

on April 11th. Tickets must be purchased prior to March 15th. Follow

- Updated the Amazon.com explanation page. It now includes a search
box to allow you to look for books, CDs, and Videos on Amazon.com. A
portion of those sales go to support Arizona Opera.

- The Virtual Box Office now saves your basic
information so that it can automatically fill in portions of the order form

- Added a page that explains the differences
between purchasing tickets online through the
Virtual Box Office and through
Ticketmaster.

- TicketMaster got their online ticketing working again. Follow the link in the
Virtual Box Office to purchase tickets through TicketMaster.
Tickets are, of course, also available directly from Arizona Opera via the

- Mindspring appears to have figured out how to install our SSL cert. The
Virtual Box Office and the Opera Shop
are functioning normally again.

- Mindspring strikes again! We renewed our SSL certificate in the nick of
time but, Mindspring can't seem to figure out how to install it. When the
security alert pops up in your browser window for the Virtual Box Office
or the Opera Shop, you can just hit continue. Your transaction will still be
secure.

- Due to a problem at our service provider,
recent Virtual Box Office orders were not received. If you ordered tickets and have
not received confirmation of your order, please resubmit
your order or contact us by phone (602) 266-7464 for Phoenix and
(520) 293-4336 for Tucson. This problem also affected our
Opera or Not trivia game.
